The purpose of the Bocce Club is to give all residents of the Villages an opportunity to learn and play Bocce and to enhance community accord through associated social functions and tournament play.

Membership in the Villages Bocce Club is open to all residents of the Villages. Annual dues are $15 for our club year of January to December. On this website you can find a list of all of our activities during the year under “Calendars”.

The Bocce Club has approximately 500 members and was established in 2002.

You can sign up for membership by downloading a pdf Membership Form and mail/deliver it and your check  for $15 dues to our Membership Chair, Jeanne-Anne Whitacre jawhitacre@live.com.  Please mail or drop-off your check in the mailbox at 5124 Cribari Place, San Jose CA 95135.  Checks should be made out to the Villages Bocce Club.

Thereafter, each January, the annual dues will be billed to your Homeowners account. You may terminate your membership at any time with written notice or email to the Membership Director of the Bocce Club. There is no refund of dues.

The Bocce Club represents your interests in the activity and fun of playing Bocce. We interface with the Villages Board, Committees and Services. The Bocce Club Board, made up of volunteers and fellow players, oversees the maintenance of the courts, the bulletin board, and the equipment. We gather funds for upgrades and Bocce equipment. We communicate with our members via the Villager newspaper, postings on the Bocce Bulletin Board, email, Villages TV channel, general membership meetings and website: www.villagesbocceclub.com.
