New Villages Billing Requirement: Use Your Member Number
The Villages now requires your Villages resident member number for billing—not just your house number. A member number uniquely identifies an individual resident. You need to know it to charge items within The Villages. Your club needs to know it to bill your dues.
Owners: Format is hhhh-nn (e.g., 1234-05) where hhhh is your house number
Renters: Format is nnnnn-nn (e.g., 54321-06)*

THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS TO FIND YOUR VILLAGES RESIDENT MEMBER NUMBER
- Villages app on your phone: Tap the Member ID tile.
- Billing statement: Your Member ID is in the upper right corner of your statement.
- Resident Portal website: You may see your member number on the login screen. If not, log in and click your name (top right), then select “My Profile.”
- Villages Membership Card: New cards issued recently display member number (old ones just show house number).
- Visit Building A or Call Accounting at 408-223-4639
*This is the new renter’s format, some renters still have the hhhh-nn format
